A patient survey completed at the Medical Center of South Arkansas in El Dorado and released via Medicare’s website, www.hospitalcompare.hhs.gov, indicated that many patients believe the facility has several shortcomings.

The survey revealed that MCSA has one of the lowest percentages in the state of “people who received help when they wanted it.” According to the patient survey, just 51 percent of patients felt that staff responded to their requests for help.
