• Kadonna C. Gray, 25, of 1211 S. Washington, was arrested Friday for possession of crack cocaine and theft by receiving. El Dorado police said Gray was the driver of a vehicle they stopped for fictitious tags in the 1200-block of East Block. Police said they learned the vehicle had been stolen in Magnolia, and they noted that the driver’s side window was busted. Police said they also found a rock of crack cocaine inside the vehicle. Police said they received information about a possible suspect who had stolen the vehicle.
