I am writing in concern of something I witnessed today in our local Taco Bell. I was sitting there eating lunch, and a lady walked up to the counter with a complaint. There wasn’t enough meat, and she asked for extra. I’m not sure if the guy told her there was a charge for extra beef. The manager ended up having to come up and tell the customer that she had a whole scoop of beef. She asked to see it and the manager showed her. She said in a very rude way, “You’re kidding me.”
