• Winston B. Brown Jr., 36, of 415 N. Pelham, was arrested Sunday for possession of marijuana and obstructing governmental operations and on a bench warrant. El Dorado police said Brown was inside a vehicle they approached in the 1000-block of West Eighth after they noticed the driver behaving suspiciously. Police said they smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle and after the occupants exited, they found a marijuana blunt underneath the front passenger seat where Brown had been sitting.
