Water service to several areas off U.S. 82 from Arkansas 335 to the Oak Manor subdivision will be temporarily shut off from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Tuesday for repairs to a valve, according to Larry Waldrop, general manager of El Dorado Water Utilities.

He said a leak in the line has prompted the necessary shut-off to repair a valve.

Areas that will be affected by the interruption in service include Oak Manor, South Wyatt Drive, Parnell Road, Feed Mill Road and Del-Tin Highway, Waldrop said.
