The Central Arkansas Development Council will hold a forum at 2 p.m. on Thursday to discuss the transition to digital television that will take place Feb. 17, 2009. The forum will be at BancorpSouth at 101 W. Main St. in El Dorado and will last approximately one hour.

The presenter will be Mike McCullars, director of special projects at the Arkansas Educational Television Network. The forum is presented in partnership with the National Association of Broadcasters.
