City Arrests:

• Leslie Simmons, 43, of 1301 1/2 N. Highland, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for probation revocation.

• Jaqueline D. Watkins, 47, of 818 1/2 School, was arrested Wednesday for possession of crack cocaine and on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of theft by deception. El Dorado police said Watkins was arrested during a traffic stop in the area of Cook and Russell, and during a search, they found two rocks of crack cocaine inside her vehicle.
