Governor calls South Arkansas ‘one of the state leaders’ when it comes to promoting tourism

SMACKOVER — Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe issued a challenge Tuesday night during his opening remarks at the 24th Annual Salute to Tourism banquet, held at the Museum of Natural Resources in Smackover:
