An El Dorado man appeared in Union County District Court this week to face numerous charges stemming from a police chase and ensuing accident that occurred early Monday morning.

Donald J. Hart, 30, of 1106 Martin Luther King, was arrested on felony charges of leaving the scene of an accident with personal injury or property damage and possession of a firearm by certain persons.
