Dr. Bill and Elizabeth Costley will be the guest speakers when “Come Together at the Library” is held beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Barton Library in El Dorado. They will talk about their travels in China and Tibet.

Bill Costley is a member of Civitans and was a history professor at South Arkansas Community College. They are members of First Baptist Church of El Dorado.

Originally from Mississippi, he received his bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and his master’s and doctorate degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi.
