Old City Park may be the first park to see the benefits of a master parks plan for El Dorado.

The El Dorado Parks and Playgrounds Commission (EPPC) agreed Tuesday to make a recommendation to the El Dorado City Council to start with Old City Park because of the volume of traffic that passes through the park each day and its high visibility in the 700-block of North College.
