The El Dorado Planning and Zoning Commission agreed Monday to work within the purview of city codes to address a complaint about a business on West 19th Street and try to create a more cohesive environment between the business and residents in the area.

Joe Easley, a resident in the 1300-block of West 19th, expressed dissatisfaction with noise, traffic and dust that is allegedly emitted from a business with several different branches that operates from a three-acre site across from his residence.
