Cash is running low in the El Dorado Advertising and Promotion Commission’s (EAPC) 2008 special projects budget, and during a regular meeting Tuesday, commissioners discussed ways to handle funding requests for the remainder of the year.

Approximately 98 percent of the $79,500 special projects budget has either been allocated for previous requests or is pending on others, commissioners learned.
