CALION – City-wide clean-up efforts and the remodeling of the Town Hall were topics at Calion’s city council meeting on April 17, according to Town Recorder Mary Elizabeth Martin.

Mayor Karen Evans reported talking to several different companies about plans for remodeling Calion City Hall. According to Evans, the companies approached are in the process of getting back to her with bids. The council also requested that the mayor get estimates for adding a pitched roof to the building. Also, the council decided to repaint and service the building’s roll-up door.
