Paula Beard, candidate for Union County Circuit Clerk, and Yancey Kyle, candidate for District 7 representative, were the guest speakers at Monday afternoon’s Golden K Kiwanis Club meeting at the Champagnolle Landing Senior Center.

Beard, a resident of El Dorado, is currently the chief deputy to the Union County judge. She has more than seven years experience in federal government and over 14 years experience in county government operations. Her educational background includes two years of collegiate training in computer science.
