An El Dorado woman and four children were taken taken to the Medical Center of South Arkansas on Monday morning after their SUV plowed into the back of an 18-wheeler.

The accident occurred at approximately 7 a.m. at Arkansas 7 and Seven Brothers Road near Norphlet, according to the Arkansas State Police.

Two of the children inside the 2004 Ford Explorer belonged to Janet Skeens, the driver; one of Skeens’ children received a broken arm, according to police. No other serious injuries were reported.
