MAGNOLIA – The man wanted for rape in the Donna Sanders case was caught by Union County authorities over the weekend.

Dustin Lloyd Rowland, 21, of 108 Bussey Road, El Dorado, was arrested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office on a Columbia County warrant for rape.

Rowland was located by deputies in El Dorado where he was arrested without incident. He was then transported to the Magnolia Police Department.
