Members of the El Dorado National Guard Family Readiness Group prepare chicken spaghetti plates for sale at the armory on Industrial Road. The group was selling lunches on Friday in order to raise funds for care packages to send to troops and their families. Also in the planning stages is a garage sale at the American Legion this coming Saturday. The legion is accepting items for the sale after noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Proceeds from the garage sale will also be used for the packages.
