Area girls, ages 12–14, are invited to attend a Healthy Living Workshop from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on May 10, at HealthWorks Fitness Center, 304 N. Madison.

The workshop will be presented by the Community Youth Alliance, and the theme will be, “A Healthy Body Makes for Healthy Living.”

The workshop will feature guest speakers, who will cover a range of topics and information to promote healthy living among teen girls, food, fun and door prizes. Parents are also encouraged to attend.
