A bond of $500,000 was issued in Union County District Court Wednesday for a man who is accused of robbing two local convenience stores within minutes last week.

Michael D. Goldsmith, 41, of Pine Bluff, was charged with aggravated robbery and robbery for his alleged involvement in the robberies of EZ Mart, 400 W. Hillsboro, and Missile Mart, 4050 Calion Hwy. A total of $350 cash was stolen during the robberies.
