• Jeffery Keaster, 21, of El Dorado, was arrested on Tuesday by Union County Sheriff’s deputies for theft of a firearm, breaking and entering and obstructing government operations. On Tuesday, a Union County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a disturbance at the end of Union 211 in Parkers Chapel.
