Larry Combs, a member of the El Dorado City Council and a candidate for Union County Clerk, will be the guest speaker when the Lions Club meets at noon on Tuesday at Ryan’s.

Combs is a long-time El Dorado alderman and former mayor. He has served in the U. S. Army, as president of the Arkansas Municipal League and as district governor of Rotary District 6170.

He and his family are members of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, where he has served as a vestry member, children’s chapel chaplain and lay Eucharistic minister.
