Students of the South Arkansas Arts Center’s spring semester classes are showing what they have been working on in art, music and drama, according to Darrin Riley at the Arts Center.

The art exhibit, on display through April 24, is an extended collection of works created by students that have been studying with SAAC’s art instructors.

Each student had the opportunity to hang one piece, as a preview, leading up to the Spring Showcase. Currently on display until April 24 in the Lobby Gallery, the exhibit “53x1x8,” was named for the 53 pieces, which represent each student...
