JUNCTION CITY – Old and new business was conducted during the April meeting of the Junction City Council Thursday.

In old business, the city’s new stoplight is nearly completed, according to Mayor Larry Carter.

Carter is still checking on insurance for the radio/ambulance tower. The city’s stray dog problem is being addressed.

The council issued a reminder that the city’s “Meet The Candidates” event will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday at the Junction City Community Center.
