Not too many people took the opportunity Monday to review plans for four new softball fields that have been proposed at the El Dorado-Union County Recreation Complex on Champagnolle Road.

The facility’s board of directors held a meeting Monday night and invited coaches and parents to review the plans, prepared by ETC Engineers and Architects, and offer input and suggestions.

Despite sparse attendance, board members chewed through the plans for the project, asking questions and noting changes that may be needed.
