News-Times Staff El Dorado is still on the hunt for a new commercial airline to provide Essential Air Service at South Arkansas Regional Airport/Goodwin Field. During a regular meeting Monday, the El Dorado Airport Commission rejected the only airline proposal El Dorado received, agreeing that the proposal would not serve the city’s best interest.
