When the United States government vacates the Rufus N. Garrett, Jr., Army Reserve Center at 815 W. Eight St., in El Dorado, the (LBA) Liberty Baptist Association will roll in their Liberty Ministry Center.

The center, currently located at Trinity and Martin Luther King in El Dorado, provides relief services to area families and individuals in need, including meals, clothing and disaster aid.
