The El Dorado Planning and Zoning Commission (EPZC) agreed Monday to make a recommendation to rezone property on South Timberlane to make way for a new high school.

Commissioners considered a rezoning request from the El Dorado School District to rezone the 62-acre site in the area of South Timberlane and Parnell Road from A-1, suburban agricultural (undeveloped), to C-2, general commercial.
