The Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches will honor U.S. Rep. Mike Ross, D-Prescott, at 6 p.m. on Saturday at a dinner benefiting its DeGray Lake campus in Amity. Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe is scheduled to serve as master of ceremonies. The public is invited to attend.

The event is being sponsored by Aubra Anthony Jr. of Anthony Forest Products, Claiborne Deming of Murphy Oil Corp., Steve Cousins of Lion Oil Co. and Union County Sheriff Ken Jones.
