• Sterling B. Brown, 25, of Shreveport, La., was arrested early Tuesday morning for committing a terroristic act, possession of a controlled substance and fleeing. Police were called just after 4 a.m. to the 2700-block of North College in reference to multiple shots fired. An officer who was traveling in the area of North West Avenue and 19th en route to the call reported seeing an SUV traveling at a high rate of speed as it turned east from College onto 19th, nearly striking his patrol unit.
