City Arrests:

• Teresa Baker, 41, of 149 Rodney Drive, was arrested Tuesday for possession of crack cocaine and driving left of center. El Dorado police said Baker was driving a vehicle they stopped in the area of East Main and Hudson after it crossed left of the center line. Police said they found a rock of crack cocaine on Baker’s person during a search.

• Tommy D. White, 36, of El Dorado, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for parole violation.
