• Guy B. Hays, 29, of Norphlet, was arrested Friday for criminal mischief, first-degree, DWI, and refusal to submit to a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) test. Police received a report that a pickup truck hit five street signs near Yocum Elementary School in the area of College and Wesson, and then parked at Kelly’s Automotive and Wrecker Service, 819 W. Hillsboro. Police said they located the truck at the business, and they noted damage to the front bumper that was consistent with having struck the street signs.
