Millage increases will be on ballots
EL DORADO – School millage increases are scheduled to be on the ballots for two Union County Schools in upcoming special elections.
Strong-Huttig School District will ask voters to approve a 4.5 millage increase to construct a high school cafeteria and four extra classrooms at the high school. Strong Superintendent Saul Lusk said the current millage for the district is at 39.0 and will be 33.5 if the millage passes in the April 8 election.
