Funeral for Ruby Jean Turner Fields, 51, of Austin, Texas, and formerly of Strong, will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Springhill Baptist Church in Oakland, La., with the Rev. Albert Collins officiating. Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery under the direction of Andrews Funeral Home.

There will be no public viewing or visitation at the funeral home or during the service.

The family will be at 1207 Roosevelt St., El Dorado.
