Dorothy Turner, 84, of El Dorado, died May 31, 2008, at Courtyard Nursing Home.

The daughter of Benson and Nora McDuffie Sr., she was born in Wesson. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Artilus Turner; a son, Jimmy Ray Loggins; and a sister, Hazel King.

Survivors include one daughter, Shirley Keel of El Dorado; two brothers, Lennis McDuffie of Milwaukee, and Benson McDuffie of El Dorado; one sister, Thelma Miles of El Dorado; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Beulah Grove Baptist Church in Wesson with Dr. Enzeo White officiating. Burial will be in Beulah Grove Cemetery under the direction of Sims Mortuary.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and from 8:30 to 10: 30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

The family will be at the home of Benson and Lee McDuffie, 530 Russell, in El Dorado.
