Funeral for Helen Burns, 75, of Blossom, Texas, formerly of El Dorado, will be at 2 p.m. today at St. Mark United Methodist Church in El Dorado with Pastor Dennis Cates and the Rev. Rebecca Wiseman officiating. Interment will be in Arlington Cemetery under the direction of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Homer in Paris, Texas.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made in Helen’s honor to the Scleroderma Foundation, 300 Rosewood Drive, Suite 105, Danvers, MA 01923, or to a charity of your choice.

The family will be at the home of Billie Perdue at 509 Garland Ave., in El Dorado
