The Union County Animal Protection Society, in conjunction with Arkansans for Animals, will be offering a spay and neuter clinic at the UCAPS Shelter, 1000 Sunset Road, El Dorado, Oct. 7 - 8.

The clinic is designated for low income families and individuals, but economic hardships will be taken into consideration. No proof of income is required, and individuals who are animal rescuers or run such facilities as a “cat colony” will automatically qualify.
