Today, the New York-based firm DCI, which was hired to come up with a marketing blueprint for the city, will make its recommendations to community leaders at a noon meeting at the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce.

DCI, according to Cindy Langston, El Dorado Promise/El Dorado Forward marketing manager, will be presenting themelines and showing action items for moving El Dorado Forward through marketing. DCI won’t be making decisions, only recommendations. It will be up to those involved in the process to take their recommendations and run – or not.
