The El Dorado Chamber of Commerce will host a Candidate Forum for the candidates seeking seats on the El Dorado City Council. The forum will be held at 6 p.m. on May 6 at the South Arkansas Community College Library.

Candidates seeking alderman positions are Billy Blann and Richard Mason, Ward 1, Position 2; Veronica Creer and Matt Thomas, Ward 2, Position 1;

Tony Henry and Jimmy Reed, Ward 3, Position 2; Justin Hendrix and Roy Murphy, Ward 4, Position 1 and Paul D. Choate and Dianne Hammond, Ward 4, Position 2.
