Kudos to 13th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Robin Carroll for making good on a campaign promise to crack down on deadbeat parents who refuse to financially support their children.

Carroll outlined his plans for prosecuting parents who fail to pay child support last week before the Camden Noon Lions Club. Statistics provided during the meeting were staggering. There are hundreds of thousands of dollars in court-ordered, monthly obligations for child support in the six counties covered by the judicial district – and there are hundreds of thousands that go uncollected.
