Danielle Anise Thomas, 4, of El Dorado, died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008, at Medical Center of South Arkansas.

She was born Sept. 11, 2003, in El Dorado.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Annie Mae Williams and her great-grandmother, Annie Johnson.

Survivors include her mother, Carol Denise Thomas of El Dorado; her father, Jewel Brown of Pine Bluff; a brother, David Thomas of El Dorado; her grandparents, Louis Johnson of El Dorado and Daniel and Pearl Coleman of Atlanta, Ga.; aunts and uncles, Joe and Dorothy Powell of El Dorado, James and Doris Johnson and Paul Johnson of Ringgold, La., Ricky Johnson, Willie Ray Johnson and Toni Nelson, all of Dallas; cousins, Asia Nelson, Ricky Johnson Jr. and Steven James Cox of Dallas.

Miss Thomas was cremated.

A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 422 E. 28th St., with Bishop Spencer G. Singleton officiating. Local arrangements are by Andrews Funeral Home.

The family has requested that no flowers be sent. Memorials may be made to the Louis P. Johnson Fund at Simmons First Bank in El Dorado.
