Laura Ann Knight, 40, of Huttig, died Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, at her residence.

She was born Jan. 26, 1969, in Crossett, to Bueford Paul Knight and Dianne Nelson Herndon.

She was a cashier at Wal-Mart.

Preceding her in death are her paternal grandparents; maternal grandparents; and a son, Christopher P. Knight.

Survivors include her father B.P. Knight of Abeline, Texas; mother, Dianne Herndon of Huttig; daughter, Crystal Knight of Huttig; and a brother, Kenneth Knight of Huttig.

Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 10, 2008, at Sweet Home Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors.
