Jerry David Mosley, 52, of Bearden, died on Saturday, July 19, 2008, at Ouachita County Medical Center in Camden.

Jerry was born on Jan. 7, 1956, in Bearden, the son of John G. and Ruby Walthall Mosley. He attended First Assembly of God in Bearden and was president of the Bearden Little League Baseball Program.

Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Pierce; and two brothers, Jimmy “Bobo” Mosley and Steve “Bubba” Mosley.

Survivors include his wife, Vikki Clemons Mosley; a son, Jerry David “J.R.” Mosley Jr. and wife, Lyndsey; a daughter, Amanda Hall and husband, Paul; his mother, Ruby Mosley; a sister, Marilyn Clemons and husband, Sam; a grandson, Austin Hall; and two granddaughters, Taylor Hall and Keelie Mosley, all of Bearden.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. on Monday at First Assembly of God in Bearden with the Revs. Wayne Mcguire and Thomas Stoker officiating.

Burial will be in Moss Hill Cemetery under the direction of Proctor Funeral Home in Camden.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at the funeral home.
