Regina Gail Davis, 41, of Dallas, died Sunday, May 4, 2008, in Dallas.

She was born June 14, 1966, in Dallas, and was the daughter of Elkin and Elouise Johnson. She was a member of People Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father and a sister, Lillie Jean Williams.

Survivors include her husband, Samuel Davis Jr. of Dallas; one son, Samuel Davis III of Mesquite, Texas; two daughters, Shamika Jessie of Lufkin, Texas, and Reshenna Davis of Leggett, Texas; her mother, Elouise Johnson of Smackover; two brothers, Bruce Johnson and John Johnson of Dallas; one sister, Delphene Trammell of Smackover; and six grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Snow Hill Baptist Church in Smackover with the Rev. James McGraw officiating.

Burial will be in Primm Cemetery in the Sandyland Community under the direction of Andrews Funeral Home.

Public viewing will be from 2 to 5 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

The family will meet friends after the service in the church fellowship hall.
