Wesley Erick Richey, 41, passed away Saturday, May 3, 2008, at his residence.

He was born Sept. 7, 1966, to Cecil Gene Richey Sr. and Boots Richey. Erick loved duck hunting, fishing, playing golf, and being outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his loving wife, Mary Armer Richey.

Survivors include his brother, Cecil Gene Richey Jr. (C.G.) and his wife, Judy Richey, of El Dorado; a sister, Melynda Dail Richey Robbins and her husband, David Robbins, of El Dorado; a stepson, Bubba Sartor and his wife, Sarah, of Waco, Texas; a stepdaughter, Chasity Sorrells of El Dorado; three nieces; one nephew; and his best friends.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2008, at Young’s Chapel with Bro. Sam Higgs officiating. Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Directors. The family requests casual dress.

Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

The family will be at home of Teri Howard, 5979 Moro Bay Hwy.
