Tommy Edward Farley, 50, of Galliano, La., and formerly of Smackover, died Saturday, May 3, 2008, after a lengthy illness.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Farley and Sally Craddick Farley.

Survivors include two sons, Jared and Devin Farley; two daughters, Rebecca Farley Naquin and Amanda Farley; two brothers, Danny Farley and Jimmy Farley; and three grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Golden Meadow, La. Burial will be in Cheramie Cemetery under the direction of Falgout Funeral Home of Galliano.
