Etta Mae Thurmon, 86, of Spearsville, La., died Monday, May 5, 2008, at Glenwood Hospital in West Monroe, La.

Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Pilgrim’s Rest Baptist Church with the Revs. Richard Methvin, Rubin Weaver and Leroy Jones officiating. Interment will be in Beech Grove Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Pilgrim’s Rest Baptist Church.
