Hopefully Randolph’s can become a vital part of the downtown scene

Organizers of Randolph’s at 104 E. Cedar are making plans for a special “Throwback Sunday,” beginning on July 13.

The club, formerly Einstein’s, is calling the special day “Keep It Truckin’ Sunday,” beginning at 4 p.m. The opening show will feature singers Pat Brown and The Love Doctor. There will be a meet and greet with the performers, as well.

Brown is most noted for her song “Mrs. Equal Opportunity,” while The Love Doctor is known for “Slow Roll It.”

The new club was scheduled to have its grand opening last night, with local singer/songwriter Chris Loggi...
