Dr. Melissa Lewis Foster, formerly of the Three Creeks community, recently lectured at the Ninth Annual National/International Evidence-Based Practice Conference in Glendale, Ariz.

Topics presented by Foster included “Healthcare Provider Satisfaction Utilizing Informatics for Medication Management in Long Term Care” and “Utilization of Transformation Leadership to Facilitate Organizational Change,” a news release said.

These topics were areas of research initiated by Foster in 2006 as part of the requirements to obtain the doctor of nursing practice degree.
