It is with disbelief that I read of the water department’s consideration of the rescinding of the offer to lower the price of water to Pilgrim’s Pride. Following the editorial in a recent edition of the paper, agreeing with that point of view, I have concluded that I may not hold a popular opinion. Here is why I feel that way:
